| I have the exact same issue as you - I'm in Kansas City and won't be returning to NYC until March 2022. I can find nothing about getting a refund for my ticket and also sent an inquiry email. I sent that over a week ago and have yet to hear anything about their refund policy. We're going to have to be patient it appears! |
