Moulin Rouge Service and Handling charge per ticket $41.65!

I was about to buy a ticket in the Mezzanine for $119 but when I noticed this high Service and Handling fee I had to pass. Wonder if there is a way of avoiding it. I live in California, but maybe I can find a friend to buy it for me.
