Wow, is 'Slave Play' - with a record-breaking 12 Tony nominations for plays - gonna get shut out?

It's gone 0 for 11 Tony nominations so far. There's only Best Play left. I can't imagine what Jeremy O. Harris must be thinking ...

Who could've guessed ''A Christmas Carol,'' which won all 5 of its Tony nominations, is the big winner among the non-musicals?

''The Inheritance'' follows with 3: Best Actor (!) for Andrew Burnap, Best Director for Stephen Daldry, and Featured Actress for Lois Smith.

It's hard to imagine that Matthew Lopez doesn't wind up with Best Play, but I guess we'll soon find out.
