Relatedly, let's TRY to remain aware that someone has to pay for everything that we see on our screen. And for this, it's the production that has to pay. If your play is closed or closing, how do you justify spending that money (assuming you even have that money).
If a production doesn't want to pay to do a scene at the Tonys, I respect that decision.
But I'd like the offer to the be made. And in the case of plays, I don't for a moment believe that's happening. |
