| The key is to make sure the mask is tightly sealed at the top. An N95 will be the best. Otherwise, only use masks with wire over the nose, and change to a fresh mask at least once a day. Clamp the wire, tighten the ear loops if necessary, and position your glasses on top of the mask. Masks that fit over the head rather than around the ears may be more effective in this regard. If all else fails, you can tape the top of the mask down. |
