He was hired to recreate two sculptures—two blank canvases don’t qualify as sculptures but who knows what the court will interpret the language.

They've said that if he returns the money by the end of the exhibit, he won't be in breach. Will be curious to see what happens with it. If he returns it, it's actually quite clever!
