| Unless the show opens and maybe even play 20 or so performances. I could be completely wrong about that. But if the show did have a national tour or went to london, the investors might think there is money to be made. And the covid relief money (which can be a few million for some productions) might require some performances to get it. | |

| The British press have so far mostly been appalled, pointing out American lapses in the lexicon used in the libretto and myriad other insults. I don’t see how it could be comfortably embraced in the West End. And absent a crossover pop song - and it has no standalone number as marketing tool* - it’s a potential box office debacle. It’s also not cheap. *Ghost at least had the interpolated Righteous Brothers; Uptown Girl doesn’t show up, its generic stand-in no substitute. |

| I don’t think it even has much regional potential. Maybe a non-equity tour with short stops is about it. | |
