| I was trying to get tix for Macbeth and Music Man on Telecharge site-when I got to ticket delivery-it ONLY offered email delivery 2 weeks before event. I went to their contact site and they said that's the ONLY way of getting tix now-I told them I don't have a printer. I have gone online and got tix for Lincoln Ctr and City Ctr and THEY can still be picked up at box office. I should add that Telecharge plans on charging a $3 service fee for the email so this may be the reason for their insistence. You'd think they try to make purchases easier after these past 20 months! | |

| I had a digital ticket for Chicken & Biscuits last week. Just for the hell of it I went to the box office when I got to the theatre and was also able to get a physical ticket. | |

| You can show them on your smart phone, if you have one. That's the way things are going, for travel and other things as well. | |

| You do need to print them. The electronic ticketing system at Shubert owned theaters generates a PDF that has to be printed and their scanners don’t scan off of screens. Mobile ticketing for Nederlander owned houses (through Ticketmaster) and Jujamcyn owned houses (through SeatGeek) have mobile codes that scan off the screen and cannot be printed out (which creates he opposite complaint amongst the smart phone hesitant theater goers) |

| Thanks for that. I did see Mockingbird but otherwise, maybe it's been awhile since I was in a Shubert theater. | |

| Yet another thing going the way of everything. Just about every Playbill we own is accompanied by the corresponding ticket stub, obsessively tucked three-to-four pages before the back cover. Where do we put the URL? | |

| No one is stopping you from printing it out and sticking it in your playbill, if that's what you still want to do. At this point, you might want to be grateful that playbills aren't entirely digital... yet. | |

| Some theaters in both Chicago and New York have had issues with digital tickets and just gave me a physical ticket instead. Yesterday at the Barrymore the box office guy would send you an email. When you receive it, you have to open it up and confirm the purchase. However, some emails were not going through or would take a few minutes to be received. Eventually he just started printing out tickets to some people. |
