| A few days ago, Peter Marks tweeted that he had been bumped from three shows in DC in a single week. None of them were for COVID-related reasons. I've had three or four shows postpone in the last couple of weeks, too Marks speculated that we're seeing a combination of factors: Everyone is coming back to the theatre a little bit rusty from the long pause. And working conditions are stressful, what with the constant worrying about COVID, etc. In a way, it's not that surprising that we're seeing a spate of injuries and illnesses as things lurch back to normal. It's really too bad about Santiago-Hudson, as I gather the production got great reviews. |
