Okay, I guess the original grant that guaranteed 200 per performance is gone, alas. The articles I found were from 2012-14, so it must've expired.

Varis died several years ago. Other donors have stepped in to keep the program running, but it's not exactly the same as it was when she was guaranteeing the balance on those 200 tickets.
