I think i am missing your point here. Agents are pitching does not sound like a news flash. I don't think "this all" came out of what Harris did because, as I said, it is beyond doubt that CTG already had major DEI-focused programming initiatives in effect. Nonetheless, there is no question in my mind that Harris prompted a public commitment to what was announced at a very early point. This is no secret, and it has the effect of congealing this programming that might otherwise have had time to be weakened. (It still could be, of course, but that would be a retrenchment, with consequences.) Is there something I am not considering?
