She captivates her audience by going straight to the heart of the lyric. Her latest release, New Sounds From the Jazz Age, recorded in a "live" setting, is a uniquely beautiful and provocative new sound on the songbook classics we know and love. The album celebrates Ms. Thomas' ability to vocalize on racing tempos, effortlessly pivot between styles and key changes, and dig deep into the rich complexities of Ellington, Porter, and Gershwin. The album features Russell Malone on guitar, John Colianni on piano, Jay Leonhart on bass, Felix Peikli on clarinet, and Bernard Linnette on drums.

LISA RAMEY
Join Lisa Ramey and her band for a mix of rock Christmas songs, covers, and music from her critically acclaimed debut album. Her growing platform for political advocacy and social justice, her previous work with Vice President Kamala Harris, along with her invitation to join the Recording Academy in 2020, has further cemented her as a rising star in the world of contemporary soul and rock: in December of 2020, Ramey's independent album Surrender placed #34 on Good Morning America's Top 50 Albums of 2020, between icons Alanis Morissette (#35) and Incubus (#33).
