I would've said it's Broadway-wide, but Telecharge says "most shows" and check the show page for their specific policy. But refundable up until 48 hours before showtime seemed pretty common as the announcements went by.
"Buy with confidence"...they want people to buy without fear they'll be stuck if circumstances change, or if the time comes and they're not comfortable in a theatre, or infectious. Especially the last, we don't want anyone saying "Well, these tickets cost me a zillion dollars and I can't get a refund, so I'll just go." |
