| This has been the problem from the beginning and why I wouldn't attend one of the first performances. It was astonishing to me that while they required vaccination requirements from adults and twelve and above--they were not requiring you to wear masks inside. It's right there on the Rockette's website where you can purchase tickets. Yet any press release that's come out recently (regarding this new vaccination mandate for kids 5-11) STILL fails to mention the inside non-masking policy. Friends who attended this past week were shocked at how many folks were not wearing masks during the performance. Per their website today: *To help guests with these new requirements, we have partnered with New York City to provide a mobile COVID-19 vaccination site at Radio City Music Hall that will provide vaccinations exclusively for children ages 5 to 11. The mobile unit will operate from 11 AM until 7 PM every day from Dec. 17-23, and will be located at 44 West 51st Street (between 5th and 6th avenues). Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask. Please note that full COVID-19 vaccination means the day of your event is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose. Everyone else age 2 and older is required to wear a mask while in Radio City Music Hall, except while actively eating or drinking. |
