I agree with you on the crazy prices. Though those shows are rarely ones I'm interested in.
Do you just not like Off-Broadway (or even Off-Off)? There's plenty to see (in normal times) in New York for not-so-crazy prices. There are more plays than musicals, but still, there are musicals. I travel to New York as well, and I almost always see more off Broadway than on. |
