Perhaps they could make it so that anybody with a ticket from ANY canceled performance could just take it to ANY box office and exchange it, dollar for dollar, for a ticket to that theatre’s show. Perhaps it would have to be only TeleCharge for TeleCharge or TicketMaster for TicketMaster. And there could be a time constraint of returning tickets not more than, say, three days before or after the canceled performance. But this way people wouldn't have to wait for their refund to buy another ticket.
