A reasonable awareness (among educated people) of the pop culture of a century ago is one thing; a mass-market desire to see that culture revived on stage is quite another. If they still have jukebox musicals in 2121, those musicals will be (re)playing the jukeboxes of the 2070s and 2080s, that is, the jukeboxes from the youth of people going to the theater in 2121. It hasn't yet been demonstrated that the people who go to jukebox musicals have any great interest in revisiting someone else's youth, i.e., the people who lived 50 or 100 years before their own time. That's why I suspect jukebox musicals are a particularly evanescent form of theater--one likely to fade with the generation whose youth they represent.
