Broadwayworld had some posts that stated most of the changes (see link) They are rather minor tweaks that won’t affect the edginess of the show. I’ve seen it four times over the years which is rare for me. I think phantom is my record of 6 or 7 over 33 years (I saw it on broadway a year after it opened).
