I forgot it was on until well into the telecast. I remembered and tuned in during ”You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile.” The kids were good, and I stuck with it through that, and barely stuck with it through the Hannigan-Rooster-Lily scene that follows, but gave up completely during the FDR scene after that. Perhaps I will try watching it from the beginning on demand. The worst thing that will happen is that I will watch a bit and then decide I really had seen enough. Or maybe I would find that I like at least some of the beginning more.
This is a show in which I had little interest until a few years ago. Now I think very highly of it. Not in my top 10 or 20, but it really is very smart and well-crafted. |
