I am enjoying reading your comments, TheOtherOne. I'm glad you found it as thrilling a play as I did. Full disclosure: I entered the lottery for The Lehman Trilogy. At first, I was told that I had lost so I purchased a full-price ticket. Then I was sent an e-mail saying that one of the winners had declined so I ended up winning after all. The box office congratulated me and issued me a credit for my purchase.
I had a nice, extended conversation with Adrian Lester in front of the theater after the show. I told him I enjoyed his performance in Company when I was in London in '96 and also was able to see him in The Tragedy of Hamlet at Chicago Shakespeare some years later. We had a very nice chat. |
