Betty did lead roles in three shows at The Muny in St Louis - Take Me Along in 1961, The King and I in 1963 and Bells Are Ringing (with Allen Ludden) in 1966. I was out of town at college and grad school during those years, so I wasn't able to see her performances at my hometown theater.
