Both of these musicals have indeed been shown on TCM, in the correct theatrical ratio.
TCM uses both the Warner library, and the MGM titles that Warner now owns and controls, as the majority of their programming, They WILL also occasionally license and show titles from 20th Century Fox, Columbia, and other studios when there is a focus on a certain performer, writer, or director and they (rightly) want to include a title they don't already control.

For those of us who enjoy owning a physical copy of media (and notice how often things disappear from streaming due to licensing agreements), both those Adler/Ross musical films have decent quality dvd versions, and you also get the delight of a cut song "The Man Who Invented Love" sung by Doris Day on the PAJAMA dvd.
Plus you get to see our beloved, and just lost, Harvey Evans-as a teenager!- in the "Hernando's Hideaway" number!
