1st Shakes play i saw was MACBETH with Maurice Evan and Judith Anderson on TV. It won beaucoupd'Emmys in the early 60's.I was able to follow it well enough at age 10; Though as I was typing this I wondered if it now would seen like Derek Jacobi's Shakespearean Ham appeared to Niles and Frazier Crane(for Jacobi won an Emmy for guest spot on Frazier.)
