| I agree. I’ve had multiple pleasant interactions. One that stands out was while on a bus from Philly to NYC to see King Lear with Glenda Jackson. The bus broke down and it became clear we were not going to make the curtain. I called Telecharge and the customer rep informed me that only the box office could approve a refund/exchange, so I asked her for the number and instead she called the box office for me and arranged an exchange. |
