The London production with Laurie Metcalf and David Suchet, from 2012, came in at around 2:45 with no cuts. That said, this interpretation will clearly be heavily cut, as evidenced by the fact they've excised an entire character (Cathleen, the housemaid).

I also saw the excellent 2012 London production. However, I seem to recall they cut the scene where James and Edmund receipt passages from Shakespeare, which reduced the running time to under 3 hours.
