| I loved Hadestown too. Also love Anais Mitchell and her 2021 Bonny Light Horseman CD. She’s just so comfortingly hypnotic. | |

|
| It is well put together with enough dialog to string the songs together. | |

| I actually deleted the few tracks that were only dialogue. I did the same with the Follies revival from a few years ago. I really prefer to be able to just listen to the music. I don’t listen to the albums to recreate a show but rather enjoy the music. The recreation of the show is already there in my mind. Goddard Lieberman knew how to record and arrange a cast recording. |

| When I listen to an album, it is reliving the show for me. That is why I dislike radio since it just jumps to popular songs of shows and not the feeling of the show. | |

| Understand, I almost always listen to an album beginning to end, in order. Not one song here or there. | |

| The show was one of the most haunting and exciting musicals I have seen in many years. It was, IIRC, the last musical I saw before Covid shut things down--it has set a high bar in terms of more recent shows engaging me sufficiently to make the trip back to Broadway. I've only listened to the OBC a few times, but it does evoke the production very well, IMO. | |
