| The show was one of the most haunting and exciting musicals I have seen in many years. It was, IIRC, the last musical I saw before Covid shut things down--it has set a high bar in terms of more recent shows engaging me sufficiently to make the trip back to Broadway. I've only listened to the OBC a few times, but it does evoke the production very well, IMO. |
