| I was in an Encores production 21 years ago. A week after it closed, I received a typed letter from Jack. It wasn’t a form letter. He complimented me on specific aspects of my performance. In my entire career, I’ve never gotten a letter like that after a project. It is one of my prized possessions now. Happy retirement, Jack! | |

| just to read the scope of jack's accomplishments make a theater goer like me want to stand up and applaud for this great theater pro. i buy my tickets to the shows, and in my life here in new york, i can't think of anyone who has enriched my experiences in theaters more than the man we now wish all the best in his retirement. besides your superior work at jujamcyn, encores! have been highlights of my life year after year. loved your book too---how about writing another? thanks from all of us on the other side of the footlights. |
