| Well, if you're going to compare to the Golden Globes (which nobody should at this point, I'd argue), it's worth at least noting that twice as many people get nominated in the lead categories because they have separate nominations for drama and musical/comedy. So, even if the GGs were reliable SAG/Oscar predictors or legit, by definition half of the lead nominees won't get SAG or Oscar nominations. |
