Except that most J! players have little aptitude for theater clues, as the responses of "Mary" and "Melissa" suggest. Amy at least touched on a famous role for one of them with "Rose."
SJP is far more famous than Andrea McArdle, including biographical facts, so I think the clue is fair as is. There are certainly ways it could have been rewritten. I don't think the second "2" is necessary for instance. And "hit show" might have been better than "show that ran for 2 years."
