| I wish they would cease trying to ride on the coattails of the original New York City Opera. This group possesses the name only. It otherwise has no connection to the New York City Opera that opened at NY City Center in 1943 and closed at New York State Theater in 2013. I wish them well, but I wish they would be more forthright in representing who they are. |
