| I don't think she looks especially frail. She's a small woman, and hell, she's 75; she had hip replacement surgery twice and other medical issues. But she still looks like the Minnelli we knew decades ago. The style is the same, and from her rapport with Feinstein, you feel that she's grounded. She knows who she is. Those who wanted more in depth questions: watch the TCM interview with the great host, Robert Osborne. Even guarded, she covered nooks and crannies in her life rather fully. Here, within clearly established perimeters, she offered a prism on her talent, how she viewed the blend of opportunity, drive, and genetic predisposition. She didn't elaborate, but her answers are honest. | |

| I don't see that at all. If someone wants to criticize Pauley for not digging deep, okay, but it seemed clear it wasn't that kind of interview. |
