| I feel like I could have loved this show had the score given us more. The framework was there to provide some really probing musical moments and I don't feel like those ever happened. The songs, while pleasant to listen to, just kind of sat and didn't provide much thrill. Nevertheless, the production will live on in my memory in a way few do - it gave me and my wife plenty to talk about and was staged gorgeously. |
