lots of bad people attempt to misappropriate lots of words to their own immoral purposes. That does not mean we should sit idly by and tolerate the misappropriation. Part of the evolutionary process of words (a notion I fully recognize) is the pushback against the misappropriation and any step toward the (in this case, radical Republican racist) misappropriation becoming "acceptable." The latter is why I posted, in response to a post by someone I am presuming does not fit the label I put in parentheses.
