Criticizing a writer for presenting a racist murder and justifying the criticism by saying most crimes against blacks are black-on-black is not by any stretch a conservative view.
Telling people what priorities they ought to have in their outrage is also not a conservative thing to do.
(And for the record, most of us who are conservative hold law enforcement to a higher standard than career criminals. We would not compare the two.)
