I totally agree. I thought Johnny Flynn was amazing. I loved the play so much that I went back to see it when it opened on Broadway. Fortunately I was able to catch the last performance before the shutdown. Dan Stevens was very good but I couldn't get Johnny Flynn out of my mind. He inhabited that role so perfectly.
