This is most likely correct. When “The Play That Goes Wrong” was well into its on Broadway, it WAS the longest-running play that was currently performing, and I remember the advertisements as stating as such. No jokes, no intentionally incorrect facts.
TDF likely hasn’t updated, or used an old press snippet without thought. |
