According to O'Hara, it's going to be presented at the Met in the fall. Makes sense, as Yannick Nézet-Séguin is the music director of both the Met and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
At one point, Joyce DiDonato was attached to sing Virginia Woolf, and I suppose she may still be in the Met production. Jennifer Johnson Cano, who's singing the role in Philly, is excellent but not quite the name as Fleming or O'Hara. |
