Do we know when the Tony cutoff is? And what is going to win Best Play?

Has there been an announcement about when the last day of Tony eligibility will be? There's the usual jam-packed April calendar, but I don't think there's been an official announcement.

Looking at the spring, there are only three new plays that will be running: The Minutes, Hangmen, and Birthday Candles. My impression is all three plays will get "good but not amazing" kind of reviews. Is The Lehman Trilogy still the frontrunner for Best Play, even though it will be long gone at that point? I'm not sure any of the other plays this season have gotten such strong reviews or buzz that they are definitely getting nominated, let alone win. The other plays of the season are Pass Over, Chicken & Biscuits, Is This a Room, Thoughts of a Colored Man, Dana H, Clyde's, and soon-to-close Skeleton Crew.

Any thoughts about what's likely to nominated or win?
