I would think the tony cutoff and tony award ceremony will be announced soon. My guess is they didn’t want to announce any plans in case broadway had to shut down again.
Hangman might have a chance. This is Martin mcdonagh’s 7th play on broadway and no best play tony yet. Although I didn’t care for hangman much especially compared to several of his previous plays. I think Lehman is most likely the winner. And Lehman is doing a mini tour which is rare for any play. |
