It's sad that you left out a major revival, a Broadway transfer from a major West End revival, of a very major work of musical theater (and theater in general) by two of the most celebrated theater writers alive. And so relevant to what's going on culturally in our country.

But even assuming you didn't see it, it's very sad to me that you think Company is the best revival of the 3 you mentioned. Company is a deeply misdirected mess.
But also, let's be clear... you didn't see this Funny Girl. Unlike Company, we have no idea if this Funny Girl is going to be basically the exact same production transferred with a mostly different cast. This production of Funny Girl is directed by the same person, with the same person's script revision (we also don't know if Harvey is done making changes), but the London production opened nearly *7* years ago... Mayer is directing it anew with a different cast, different theater, on Broadway, possibly a different budget, with a much bigger spotlight on it. It's possible it's be almost the exact same staging and design, but we don't know yet (I can't be bothered to check if it's the exact same design team from the London production but even if it is they could be rethinking aspects).
So I think it's a bit premature to decide your opinion of this Funny Girl.

FWIW, sadly I think Company will win unless Funny Girl gets raves, then I do think it'll be that.

All that being said, I can't remember a year with a more competitive revival category, where not only are there 4 nominees but each would be the one to beat in any other season (just in terms of the musical and the buzz of the production -- I was not a fan of Company and I wouldn't be surprised to be disappointed in this MM or even this FG, but I can't deny what a big deal each other these revivals are)... even with luke warm or bad reviews for any or all of them, they're all still big deals.

Other very big competition years with *4* pretty equal contenders:
1994 (the first time the award was given): Carousel, Damn Yankees, She Loves Me, Grease
1996: King & I, Forum, Hello Dolly, Company
2003 (maybe): Nine, Gypsy, La Boheme, Man of La Mancha
2004: Assassins, Fiddler, Big River, Wonderful Town

Funny Girl will have a completely different design team. This has been mentioned here more than once in previous discussions of the upcoming production. It will also have different choreographers, which I think has perhaps not been noted here previously.

I think we can expect that something more elaborate is being planned for the August Wilson than was seen in London and the later tour.

Caroline Or Change was miraculous, for my money a nearly perfect revival. I would love to see it win a Tony.
