| They do, however, accept the new version known as Excelsior Pass Plus. | |

| And it should be noted that it takes about 60 seconds to update to the Pass Plus, something you can easily do while standing at the entrance. I know because my friend had not updated when we showed up at the theatre last week. Personally, I prefer the NYC Covid Safe app because it has the photo ID on the same app. |

| I got the Excelsior Plus. I printed out the form that has my initial vaccine and booster. I took a photo of it and uploaded it on the NYC safe app ( instead of my initial vaccine card). This way I have photo ID and all three shots in one place. Try it. It works and is very convenient. | |

| aren't all 3 shots on your vaccine card? that's what I took a photo of and put on the Safe app. In any case, it's indeed very easy. One other note is that there is nothing that would prevent a non-NYC person from using the Safe app. | |

| Thanks so much, ryhog. I hadn't heard about the NYC Covid Safe app, but I downloaded it and expect it will be the app I use for theatre (as well as restaurants). I'm also grateful for this thread, since this is the first time I've heard about these particular restrictions. Thanks to all! |
