When I saw Harry Potter a week and a half ago on Wed., 2/2/2022, the vax checkers outside the Lyric stamped my left hand.

In 1954 when I (as a 1st grader) was inoculated against polio at St. Dionysius Catholic School in Cicero, IL, we were given a scapular-like chain to be worn around the neck, which was proof of vaccination. In order to be admitted to crowded venues like Wrigley Field, Comiskey Park, or Riverview Amusement Park, you had to show your polio chain.

BTW when I saw MJ at the Thurs. matinee on 2/3/2022, sitting in the mid-mezzanine, I could see that there were a lot of empty seats on this level, probably around 75% full. The first floor, however, did look to be sold out.

Next: CORRECTION regarding hand-stamping: Should read MJ on Thurs., 2/3/2022 at the Neil Simon and not HARRY POTTER on Wed., 2/2/2022 at the Lyric (nmi) - BroadwayTonyJ 07:55 pm EST 02/13/22
