| Great performances all around. The play is surreal and non-linear so you will have to judge that. I saw a relatively early preview and thought it needed trimming and refining to make the "resolution" clearer (both of which may be improved now); it was pretty funny (at least until it overstayed its welcome) and the playwright has a good handle on dialogue and the like. For those NYers of a certain age, Rolando Watts may bring back memories; she's the real deal. |
