| The Boy from Oz didn't get good reviews, right? And it was a near-impossible ticket. The only thing I think it might do is reduce the top price they are able to get. |

| It's possible to be a hit and not be as big a hit as Hello Dolly. It will definitely run the length of Jackman's contract, and earn a profit. But it won't be the money printing press that some shows are, and that some hoped Music Man would be. | |

| Linda and Joe from Wichita haven't read the review. They are just thrilled a big movie star is on stage. That's whom the $700 ticket is targeted to. Producers don't particularly care about the middle class NY theatregoers. |

| Did Linda say to Joe,"I don't say he's a great actor. Hugh Jackman never won an Oscar. He never received a Kennedy Center Honor. He's not the finest character that ever lived. But he's a human being, and a terrible thing is happening to him. So attention must be paid. He's not to be allowed to fall into his grave like an old dog. Attention, attention must finally be paid to such a person." | |

| I paid $700 for a courtside seat to an NBA playoff game because it was like a computer error and should've been priced at around $2000-3000 so I said, hey, I'm getting a deal here for a once in a lifetime event. We came back from 23 down and won the game. I cried and stood. | |

| It remains to be seen whether “Linda and Joe from Wichita” are NYC bound. Linda and Joe are part of the 62% of the Broadway audience that hasn’t yet fully returned. Nothing yet suggests a duplication of the Midler - Dolly success story - seats are available - but it’s early. | |

|
| There’s also a very good chance that Linda and Joe from Wichita are unvaccinated and can’t see a show even if they have the money and the desire. | |

| Don't make stereotypical assumptions about people from Wichita! After all, they are famous for their "one and only burlesque theater," where a certain Miss Lee got her start! I'm sure Mazeppa, Electra, and Tessie all got boosted there. | |

| "I'm sure Mazeppa, Electra, and Tessie all got boosted there." Did they get Pfizer or Moderna? |

| They all said something about how much the Johnson hurt, so they switched to Moderna, thinking it was named after one of their "sisters." | |

| Also- Linda and Joe have Disney Plus and are fine with just staying home and watching "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series." | |

| Yes and are we sure Linda can afford $1400 for a two and a half hour show? | |
