Of course the box should be held accountable "The box office suggested far left orchestra given the availability. I specifically asked if the seats were partial view since they were so far left (Row E 17-21 and Row F 19-23). I was told that they were absolutely full view. " Period!
As for your raining analogy, the person should have said "I don’t know if it’s raining or not, but Joe has a window let me ask him, then you could hold Joe accountable for the misinformation. Remember they asked a question and were assured the answer was accurate. No brainer! |
