As a consumer, I'm not sure I care if the fault lies with the box office personnel or with the producer. It lies with someone under the heading of "The Music Man." I realize that it's good to make sure the details are understood, but giving the OP a hard time for potentially blaming the wrong person is missing the big picture IMO. It's not like the OP went back and yelled at the box office person.
Those 6 tickets probably cost over $1500. That's not a sum most people would just shrug off.
If I'm in a restaurant and I eat something that's against my religious restrictions despite my asking, I don't care if it's the waiter's fault or the kitchen's fault. All I know is something happened that shouldn't have happened, and it's the restaurant's fault. |
