| Thanks. Unless there is a specific NYS provision covering this in relation to tickets that I don't recall, this just seems like a short sale to me. If I can sell you stock or any other asset that I don't own and buy to cover, I don't think this would be distinguishable (unless there is a law expressly dealing with it that I have blanked out on). Looking forward to what you hear. |
