| Answer is simple. First time they see someone take a picture of someone nude, stop the show, have them arrested, and press charges to the fullest extent. There can be some serious consequences for taking nude pictures of someone without their consent . . . this would not be a simple copyright issue - this would potentially be a much higher level of criminality with jail time attached. I'm sure the word will get around and people will be a lot less likely to risk than when they know the consequences will be a lot more severe. |
