I don't know the "complete" score, just what was recorded. I would have to guess "no," though, if only because they compressed it to two acts. So there was at least one entr'acte missing and both the musical openings were VERY short.
As for the racism bit, I agree with you completely. What was jarring was that they left the solo spot in ("You can't judge a book...") AND the joke about "riding buses, eating in restaurants...I'm Jewish" but then cut the stinger. So it was weirdly imbalanced without the "opposite of..." part like all the other sections have. |
